My name is Gemma, and I’m the proud owner of Melbourne Cake Studio. From a young age, I’ve had a love for cake decorating, which led me to study both design and patisserie. But cake decorating isn’t just about creating edible art—it’s about crafting something that sparks joy, brings people together, and makes special moments even sweeter.
