My name is Gemma and I am the proud owner of Melbourne Cake Studio. I believe in perfection, attention to detail and producing outstanding cakes for any occasion.

Having loved cake decorating from a young age, I chose to study both design and patisserie. My studies reinforced my belief that  cake decorating is not just about the creation of beautiful pieces of art, but must also tantalise the taste buds. I pride myself on the highest quality in all aspects of my work.

My love for cake decorating and impeccable service is evident by the vast array of loyal and happy customers, trusting me to design something amazing for their special event. These customers come back time and time again knowing that our value and high quality cakes are one of a kind not to be missed.

I have studied and worked with many talented cake decorators, attended and taught classes and won cake decorating awards. I enjoy any challenge no matter how complex so please feel free to challenge me.
